DOME CONCERTS AT ADE 2025
Step into an audiovisual dreamscape at Amsterdam Dance Event, inside the dome of the ARTIS Planetarium. From Wednesday, October 22 to Friday, October 24, 2025, fractal artist Julius Horsthuis presents breathtaking 360° visuals, live-synced with performances by leading electronic musicians. Julius Horsthuis, renowned for his collaborations with Max Cooper and Desert Dwellers, is now creating exclusive shows with Suzanne Ciani, Rival Consoles, Matteo Myderwyk, Desert Dwellers, Maarten Vos and a Special Guest.
Expect an immersive fusion of sound and image: pulsating beats, otherworldly landscapes and dazzling light worlds in perfect synergy. A rare chance to experience music and visuals in full 360°. Only during ADE, only inside the ARTIS planetarium.
The film Recombination will also be shown on these days. Julius Horsthuis spent a year and a half working on this impressive project, in which he takes you on a journey through eight enchanting worlds. Each world is accompanied by unique, specially composed music from his favourite producers. Recombination is a compelling audiovisual experience that stimulates all your senses. The original soundtrack was composed by Michael Stearns, David Levy, Max Cooper, Desert Dwellers, Ben Lukas Boysen, Temple Invisible, Ott, and others.
