An immersive audiovisual performance beneath the stars.

Dutch composer and ambient artist Andert Tysma creates deeply atmospheric soundscapes where acoustic instruments and subtle electronics merge into immersive, emotionally resonant compositions. Inspired by nature, transformation and transcendence, his music explores the space between classical minimalism and contemporary ambient music.

This special performance also marks the live premiere of his new album Parallels. Following the release of his acclaimed albums Children of Trinoom (R&S/Apollo Records) and Hana (R&S/Apollo Records), Andert Tysma has established himself as one of the Netherlands' most distinctive contemporary composers. Parallels continues this artistic journey, exploring the lives we live and the lives we leave behind through expansive sonic landscapes and immersive composition.

For this special performance at the ARTIS Planetarium, Andert Tysma is joined by internationally acclaimed fractal artist Julius Horsthuis. Together they create an immersive audiovisual experience where music, geometry and the cosmos converge beneath the iconic dome.
